Terms and Conditions
- All rates are in Indian Rupee.
- GST of 5% is applicable on the total bill amount.
- Guests are requested to inspect the vehicle themselves prior to use and to keep personal belongings under their own guardianship. We do not take responsibility for any loss.
- If the requested car type is unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, a similar type of car shall be provided to the guest.
- Sightseeing shall be conducted as per the itinerary, only on motorable roads.
- Drivers may not be compelled to drive at a speed higher than stipulated under the Indian Motor Vehicle Act. Guests are requested to avoid late-night travel.
- For guest convenience, Siddhi Kalyani Holidays shall arrange to pay Parking Fees, Toll Charges, and Inter-State Border Permit Charges, which shall be reimbursed by the guest to the chauffeur upon production of receipts at the close of duty.
- On local duties, a Transport Night Allowance shall be charged between 22:00 hrs and 06:00 hrs. All additional charges are to be paid to the driver in cash during the course of use.
- While driving on Ghati roads, air-conditioning shall remain switched off.
- To avoid traffic jams or other unforeseen situations that may cause delays, sufficient prior notice must be given for airport/railway transfers.
- Trip sheets must be signed by the user to authenticate usage. Subsequent complaints will not be entertained.
- Bills shall be raised in the name of the client/guest unless otherwise specified in writing. The mode of payment must be clearly advised at the time of booking.
- Bills shall be presented on a fortnightly basis. Kalyani Tours and Travels allows a maximum of 1 day credit from the date of bill receipt upon execution of an agreement. For extension of credit time, a written request must be made to Kalyani Tours and Travels within 12 hours of bill receipt.
- The tariff is subject to proportionate escalation in the event of a hike in fuel costs or government tax components.
- Upgradation of vehicles at Bhubaneswar is entirely at the discretion of Kalyani Tours and Travels.
- Payments may be settled by cash, A/C payee, UPI, or online transfer, always in favor of “Siddhi Kalyani Holidays Private Limited.” Payments by credit/debit card will incur an additional 3% charge.
- For settlement through credit card, the card number and expiry date must be provided via email/WhatsApp at the time of booking. If access is dishonored, the booking client/guest must replenish the payment in cash.
- For payments settled through RTGS/NEFT, Kalyani Tours and Travels must be informed of the transaction details.
- For cash settlements of Rs. 50,000 or more, a copy of the client/guest’s PAN card must be furnished.
- All disputes are subject to Bhubaneswar legal jurisdiction only.
