The driver was cooperative However, the driver's service was not available after 4.30 pm due to his family health issues. No alternate arrangements were made by Tour operator. No follow up from your operator throughout the trip. Hotel booked for us in Bhubaneswar was The Presidency, the rooms and Bathroom size was very small. For the price we paid for the trip, we deserve a higher category room in The Presidency hotel.
