• If cancelled before 60 days of the date of arrival: 25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.
• If cancelled within 30-60 days of the date of arrival: 40% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.
• If cancelled within 21-30 days of the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.
• If cancelled within 07-21 days of the date of arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.
• If cancelled within 07 days of the date of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.
• In case of No-show or Check-out prior to the departure date: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.
• If cancelled any time for Natural Disaster: 100% payment will be refund or re-schedule the tour plan
